PURPOSE:To easily attain a command extending procedure by providing separately the definition area of the extended command and executing the communication processing with the command extension between communication control devices. CONSTITUTION:When the extension of a command is executed with a command for extending a command and information to show extension information, a communication processing part 10 at a transmitting side transmits the identification name at the transmitting side to an opponent communication processing part for the communication processing part at the receiving side by using an enquiry confirming processing procedure specified beforehand. The communication processing part 10 executes the collation with the identification name stored into a communication identification information storing part 11 and informs a transmitting opponent of the propriety of the mutual communication due to a command extension as a response. In this way, the command extension is executed and the communication processing is executed. Thus, a command definition area to be able to be used to transmit and receive at the mutual section of a communication processing part in plural communication control devices 4 connected to a signal transmission line can be used up to plural command definition areas extended without being limited to one definition area.
