PURPOSE:To prevent the destruction of the junction part of a piezoelectric element and a lead terminal and the destruction of the piezoelectric element itself by arranging a strip piezoelectric so as to correspond to a terminal electrode position, and loading it into the groove of plural lead terminals having the groove mutually at the same side respectively. CONSTITUTION:At both edge parts of one side main surface and at the central part of other side main surface, a strip piezoelectric element 10 having terminal electrodes 18a-18c is arranged so as to correspond to the position of the terminal electrodes 18a-18c, and loaded into grooves 34a-34c of plural lead terminals 32a-32c having the grooves 34a-34c at the same side mutually. Wires 38a and 38b are stretched from the lead terminals 32a and 32b corresponding onto terminal electrodes 18a and 18b which are positioned above, and the wires 38a and 38b, the terminal electrodes 18a and 18c which are positioned below, and the terminal electrode 18c which is positioned below and the lead terminal 32c corresponding to it are respectively conducted and joined with a conducting joining material 24. Thus, the destruction, etc., of the piezoelectric element is hard to occur and the reliability of the piezoelectric parts can be improved.
