METHOD OF PRODUCING NANOPARTICLE DISPERSION OF MEDICINAL COMPONENT

[PROBLEMS] To provide a method by which a medicinal component of a drug which is hardly or not soluble in water can be surely processed into nanoparticles while preventing contamination with impurities to thereby give a dispersion of the nanoparticles of the medicinal component suitable for administration to the human body. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A method of producing a dispersion of nanoparticles of a medicinal component characterized by comprising mixing the medicinal component of a drug which is hardly or not soluble in water with a poor solvent to give a suspension, and irradiating the resultant suspension with a laser to thereby ground the medicinal component in the suspension into nanoparticles.
