PURPOSE:To make it possible to swell burns efficiently by a method wherein, while work molded products are continuously fed and are made to pass through an electrolyte while being dipped into the electrolyte, a work material is made to connect ceaselessly with cathodes. CONSTITUTION:If work molded products F are inserted in a feeding-in unit A from their points, they are automatically pulled in to be sent in a transfer unit C, are fed in order between upper and lower rollers 4 and 5 to advance through an electrolyte and are fed in a feeding-out unit B to be sent outside. At this time, as the molded products F go coming into contact in order with cathodes 17 arranged at equal intervals, burrs 32 adhered on a work material 30 or clogging are pushed up by the pressure of hydrogen gas to generate from the material 30 and the tight coupling with the work material 30 is released. Thereby, the working efficiency of swelling burrs can be remarkedly improved.
