PURPOSE:To facilitate the guidance of the axial precision of two beam restricting openings by forming the two beam restricting openings with an integrated object. CONSTITUTION:Beam restricting openings LA1, LA2 are integrally formed by a metal plate 1 with a thickness in response to the distance between the openings LA1, LA2. In this case, the inner diameter of the through hole between the openings LA1, LA2 is expanded into a convex cross section. The openings LA1, LA2 can be thereby arranged on the same axis, and the manufacture can be facilitated.
