PURPOSE:To obtain a portable card-shaped seal, by a method wherein an insert hole is opened to the notch part provided on a card plate on one side thereof and a guide groove is provided to the inner side of the insert hole by drilling and a slide plate having a seal part provided to the leading end thereof is inserted in said guide groove. CONSTITUTION:An insert hole 3 is opened to the notch part 2 provided on a card plate 1 on one side thereof and a guide groove 4 is provided to the inner side of the insert hole 3 by drilling and a slide plate 6 having a seal part 5 provided at the leading end thereof is inserted in said guide groove 4 and the knob 7 provided in the proper place of the slide plate 6 in a protruding state is protruded in the guide groove 4. In use, the protruding part 10 provided to a seal-ink container 9 having a lid plate 8 is detached from the recessed part 11 provided in the opening of the notch part 2 and the protruding knob 7 is slid in the guide groove 4 by a finger chip and the integrally provided slide plate 6 is protruded from the insert hole 3 to expose the seal part 5 provided at the leading end thereof and the seal-ink of the seal-ink container 9 previously detached is applied to the seal part 5 to make it possible to affix a seal. Therefore, the ordinary seal usable in a bank and public agencies can be always carried along with the seal-ink basin.
