<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently stand articles upright in order in a stand-up device for boxes of caramel or the like, by gradually raising the trailing end part of an article while the lower part of the leading end thereof is blocked by a baffle plate. CONSTITUTION:An article A to be conveyed is engaged at the lower part of its leading end with a baffle plate 2. Then, a crank mechanism is operated to rotate a lift member 5 clockwise. Thereby, the article A is gradually raised from its trailing end about the engaging point, as a fulcrum, with the baffle plate 2, so as to stand upright. Further, when it stands upright completely, since the article A is set on the baffle plate 2, it is pushed toward a conveyer 3, and is shifted onto the conveyer 3. With this arrangement, it is possible to efficiently stand the article upright and to convey the same.</p> |
