PURPOSE:To simplify the manufacturing processes and obtain an instrument panel having the superior outside appearance and quality by integrally shaping a duct part made of hard resin and a skin made of soft resin on the outer periphery of the duct part through blow molding and charging the foamed resin particles therebetween. CONSTITUTION:An air duct 1 made of hard resin and a skin 2 made of soft resin which is positioned outside the air duct 1 are molded at the same time through blow molding. In the simultaneous blow molding, air is supplied to form a hollow part so that the air duct 1 and the skin 2 do not adhere, and the foamed resin particles 3 such as foamed beads and baloons are charged. Therefore, a number of processes for individually shaping the duct part and skin part can be omitted, and the manufacturing processes can be made simple. Further, an instrument panel having the superior appearance and quality can be obtained.
