PURPOSE:To make the inlet and outlet of a wire rod changeable by providing a wire rod guide for advancing in one way on a swiveling table which reverses the inlet and outlet of said guide. CONSTITUTION:A wire rod guide 2' is so constituted so as to form arcs AB, A'B' on a prescribed arc line. The wire rod entering toward the arrow (a) enters the guide 2' through an inlet A of the guide 2', emerges toward the arrow (b) by passing through an outlet B and is accumulated in an accumulating device or the like. When the wire rod is supplied from the accumulating device, the wire rod enters toward the arrow (c) and therefore the guide 2' is swiveled toward the arrow (d), i.e., toward the right and is stopped in the position A' where there had been the outlet B beyond the inlet A. On the other hand, the outlet B is stopped in the position B'. The wire rod supplied toward the arrow (c) in this state enters the inlet A' and emerges toward the arrow (e) from the outlet B'. |
