PURPOSE:To enable water to be injected continually toward a machining point, by fixing a nozzle to a gearing which coaxially rotates with a spindle matching with a movement of the machining point being able to be fixed to an optional position along the periphery of the spindle. CONSTITUTION:When a workpiece is machined by applying rotation to a machining tool 8 by a spindle 3, a device, which rotates a gearing 14 engaging a pin 24 with its toothed part 14b to fix the gearing 14 and injecting cooling water, delivered from a point end part 18a of an injection water nozzle 18, toward a machining point, performs adequate cooling while removes machining chips. Next, the device, when it machines the other surface of the workpiece, disengages the pin 24 from the toothed part 14b of the gearing 14 turning it for the machined surface and again setting the gearing 14 to be fixed so that the cooling water, delivered from the water injection nozzle point end part 18a, is injected toward the machining point. In this way, the device enables the water to be accurately injected to the machining point. |
