PURPOSE:To obtain a plastic molding compound outstanding in heat resistance, rigidity, impact resistance, etc., by blending, as the essential components, a specific modified crystalline ethylene-propylene block copolymer and polyamide resin. CONSTITUTION:The objective molding compound can be obtained by blending, as the essential components, (A) 10-80wt.% of a modified crystalline ethylene- propylene block copolymer prepared by grafting at least one kind of monomer selected from unsaturated carboxylic acids (derivatives) to a crystalline ethylene- propylene block copolymer containing >=10wt.% of amorphous ethylene-propylene random copolymer and (B) 20-60wt.% of a polyamide resin (e.g., nylon 6).
