PURPOSE:To constantly supply an appropriate amount of gas irrespective of the fluctuation of the ambient temperature by providing an adjusting member deformed in accordance with the ambient temperature and increasing or decreasing the filtering area of a microporous film. CONSTITUTION:When the ambient temperature is raised, an adjusting member 32 is expanded toward the pinching surface of a lower side case member 29, and the inner side of the peripheral part 30 of a microporous film 31 is press- fitted to a film pinching surface 39. The filtering area upon this time is shown by a part encircled by a dotted line 43. When a gas lighter is used, and amount of the gas flowing in the direction of from an arrow mark 41 to an arrow mark 40 via the microporous film 31 is determined by the filtering area and the pressure at the time of a high temperature of a fuel tank 12 when the permeability of the microporous film 31 is assumed to be constant. By providing the adjusting member 32 which is deformed in accordance with the ambient temperature and inreares or decreases the filtering area of the microporous filter, it is possible to constantly supply the gas in an appropriate amount irrespective of the variation of the ambient temperature.
