Also, the discharge light 1b'. that is a part of the discharge light 1b and whose emitting angle is set adjacently to the laser beam 1a passes through the aperture 11, however, most of them are cut by the aperture 12. In such a way, it is possible to cut the discharge light effectively without reducing the light quantity of the excitation light.
