PURPOSE:To prevent reaction of a hydraulic motor when the turning radius is short by bringing the output of the hydraulic motor to zero when the steering amount of a steering lever is larger than an intermediate steering amount, and braking any one of right or left sprocket. CONSTITUTION:Control signals are fed to solenoids 20a, 21a of left and right relief valves 20, 21 for regulating the inlet pressure of a hydraulic motor 15, solenoids 22a, 23a, 22b, 23b of left and right steering brake valves 22, 23 and a servo 16b of a hydraulic pump 16. Operating amounts of left and right steering levers 31, 32 are inputted from left and right sensors 33, 34 to the controller 30. When the solenoids 20a, 21a are excited, the left and right relief valves 20, 21 are held at setting relief pressure, and when the solenoids 22a, 23a are excited, the left and right brake cylinders 24, 25 extend and the left and right steering valves 22, 23 perform brake function.
