Functional graphics device normalising the consultation of material elements for contingent predictions. It consists of the combination of movable discs 5 carrying figures, numbers, letters or astral symbols or the like rotating on a support forming a bearing between the double flaps 1, 2 equipped with windows in which the selected figures are displayed.
