PURPOSE:To enable the use of a tire as spike and normal tires, in common, by making a tread part of inner and outer layers via a pneumatic chamber in between the layers, embedding spike heads in the inner layer and exposing or concealing spikes via the application or discharge of pressure to and from the pneumatic chamber. CONSTITUTION:When a pneumatic chamber 10c is inflated via the supply of compressed air from a bulb 20B, the inner layer 10B-2 of a tread part 10B shifts inward and spikes 30 are concealed within the tread part 10B. Consequently, the titled tire works as a normal tire. On the other hand, when air has been discharged from the pneumatic chamber 10c, the spikes project from the inner surface of the tread part 10B, giving a spike tire performance. According to the aforesaid constitution, the tire can be put to common use as normal and spike tire.
