Process for producing a hot-water tank and hot-water tank

A process is proposed for producing a hot-water tank. The inner vessel (2) is blow-moulded from an extruded plastic tubular film (4) and then introduced into an outer-vessel mould (11). Around the inner vessel (2), a further plastic tubular film (14) is led and the outer vessel (19) is blow-moulded from this plastic tubular film (14). The inner vessel (2) is supported internally and foam material is injected between the inner vessel (2) and the outer vessel (19) supported externally by the outer-vessel mould (11). A corresponding hot-water tank is also proposed.
