PURPOSE:To restrain the change of steering wheel holding force caused by the change of steering angle, by displacing, in the inside-outside direction of the vehicle, respective pivotal fulcrums on the knuckle side in a pair of upper links, out of upper and lower two pairs of lateral links which support the knuckle and the wheel so as to be capable of steering and up-and-down movement. CONSTITUTION:A wheel 1 is rotatably supported by a spindle 3 being projectedly provided on a knuckle 2. Further, to the knuckle 2, a knuckle arm 4 is extendedly provided, and on the idling end thereof a tie-rod 5 is pivotally fitted. And in the front-and-rear positions at the upper and lower ends of the knuckle 2, each one end of respective pairs of links 6, 7 and 8, 9 is pivotally fitted. In the above constitution, out of at least a pair of upper links 6, 7, one pivotal fulcrum 6a is displaced farther by a prescribed distance to the inside of the vehicle than the outer pivotal fulcrum 7a. Thus, the changing tendency of the momentary turning center of the knuckle 2 determined by a pair of upper links 6, 7 can be made approximate to that determined by a pair of lower links 8, 9.
