PURPOSE:To automate the control of temperature and ventilation, by a method wherein a curtain is controlled so as to be opened fully, closed fully or opened in the specified opening degree within an opening and closing commanding time, set in a timer, according to set upper and lower limit temperatures while it is alarmed when the temperature in a house is higher than the upper limit temperature at a time out of the set time. CONSTITUTION:Upper and lower limit temperatures are set in an upper and lower limit temperatures setting device 4, and opening degree of a curtain is set in a curtain opening and closing positions commanding device 5 and an operating time is set in a 24-hour timer device 2. On the other hand, a temperature sensor 6 detects temperature in a house and inputs it into the upper and lower limit temperatures setting device 4. When the temperature in the house is higher than the upper limit temperature at a time within the range of set time of the timer device 2, the curtain is opened fully but the curtain is closed fully when the temprature is lower than the lower limit temperature while the curtain is opened to the position of a set opening degree when the temperature is between the upper and lower limit temperatures. When it is out of the set time of the timer, an abnormal high temperature ringing bell 3 is operated to alarm it only when the upper limit temperature has been exceeded.
