PURPOSE:To prevent a tire cord from deformation by separating a tire cord removably attaching section formed below a control bar from the control bar and forming a tire cord stripping bar provided with an adsorbing bar in the interior. CONSTITUTION:When a control bar 1 and a stripping bar 8 return to a tire cord adsorbing position and opening 5 of the stripping bar 8 is located above a tire cord a on a table 6, the stripping bar 8 is lowered by the extension of respective cylinders 7 and an adsorbing bar 3 and permanent magnet 4 are lowered by the extension of a cylinder 2 to locate the permanent magnet 4 in the opening 5 for adsorbing the tire cord (a). Then, the control bar 1 is moved along the table 6 to transfer the tire cord (a) to a shearing machine. And while the stripping bar 8 is held on the lowered position, the adsorbing bar 3 and permanent magnet 4 are lifted by the contraction of cylinder 2 and the stripping bar 8 is lifted returned to the original tire cord adsorbing position by the contraction of cylinder 7. Thus, the tire cord can be prevented from deformation due to the contact with the control bar or the like.
