PURPOSE:To enable an electrophotographic sensitive body for use in the simultaneous method to form a fog-free sharp image with high developing efficiency by forming a photosensitive layer having a specified area resistivity in the dark and the area resistivity in the light changeable from the area resistivity in the dark by a specified value or more. CONSTITUTION:The electrophotographic sensitive body 5 is formed by laminating on a transparent support 1 having a transparent conductive layer 2 the photoconductive layer 3, and a surface layer 4, and the photosensitive layer 4 has an area resistivity of about 10<9>-10<13>OMEGA.cm<2> in the dark and an area resistivity in the light lower than that in the dark by at least 10<2>OMEGA.cm<2> or more, thus permitting the obtained electrophotographic sensitive body for use in the simultaneous method to form a superior image of high contrast and free from fogged characters with high developing efficiency. |
