PURPOSE:To provide such a carding machine as to be capable of smooth delivery of webs produced even by high-speed carding, by equipping, in front of the doffer roller, respectively specific two corrugated rollers, a patented roller and an air jet nozzle. CONSTITUTION:In front of a doffer roller 1, the first corrugated roller 2, the second corrugated roller 3 and a peripherally patented roller 4 are provided in this order so as to enable these to revolve in the opposite direction to that for said doffer roller 1; furthermore, an air jet nozzle 15 is provided above between the second corrugated roller 3 and the patented roller 4. At the projection 9 between channels on the roller 2, the rising plane 7a on the side located in the revolving direction for the doffer roller 1 is made rectangular to the peripheral tangent line, whereas the rising planes on both sides of the projection 9 between channels on the roller 3 are so arranged as the represent sharp angle to the peripheral tangent line.
