发明名称 HIGHLY REPETITIVE PULSE LASER ELECTRODE
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a stable laser output, and to prevent the damage of an electrode by mounting an insulator at the end section of the electrode. CONSTITUTION:Insulating coatings 10 are applied to the curved surface sections of the end sections of main electrodes 3, 4 with an epoxy resin, etc. The breakdown voltage of an insulating film used as the insulating coating 10 is brought to approximately quintuple as high as an insulating gas employed as a laser gas, and glow discharge is not generated in the curved surface section of the end section to which the insulating coating 10 is applied even when a glow electrode 7 is generated in the plane sections of the main electrodes 3, 4 exposed to the insulating gas. Accordingly, laser beams having a stable output are acquired, and no electrode is damaged.
