PURPOSE:To restore an error at a check point if the error occurs by providing a saving address generator which produces same addresses independently of an address generator of the saving memory and storing the addresses produced by said address generator into the saving memory. CONSTITUTION:A saving address generating part 17 consisting of a saving address generator 171 and a saving address register 172 is provided to produce same addresses independently of an address generating part 12 of an LSI 1. The address indicated by the register 172 is stored in an address part 152 of a saving RAM 15. When the part 12 produces an error and the error data is stored in an address register 122, the data on a data part 151 of the RAM 15 is equal to the data on a RAM 11 indicated by an error address and its propriety is not assured. However, the address stored in the part 152 is assured as a proper address. Thus the RAM data to be applied to a check point can be restored by the address of the part 152 of the RAM 15.
