<p>PURPOSE:To easily realize strong bonding by a method wherein a fluoroplastic sheet, the surface to be bonded of which are surface-treated by combining corona treatment with surface roughening, and a sheet to be bonded are piled up each other with EEM resin under molten state as adhesive linkage and, after that, pressurized and finally heat-treated. CONSTITUTION:By employing EEM resin (ethylene-ethyl acrylate-maleic anhydride terpolymer), which is melted in an extruder and melt-extruded from a sheeting die 1, under molten state as adhesive linkage, a surface-treated fluoroplastic sheet 4 and a sheet to be bonded 3 are strongly pressed against a metallic cooling roll 5 with a press roll 2. At that time, the surface temperature of the cooling roll 5 is set to be below the melting points of the fluoroplastic sheet and of the sheet to be bonded. In addition, the temperatures of cooling rools 6 and 7 are set to be lower stepwise. Said sheets are bonded to each other during running through the cooling rolls 5-7 so as to be turned into a multi-layer sheet. Further, if additional heating is necessary, the heating is done by giving the predetermined thermal history to a roll of the multi-layer sheet, which is produced by winding in high tension, realizing the perfect bonding.</p> |
