PURPOSE:To insert and take out a catalyst sample from the outside of the titled apparatus, by providing at a passage wall on both ends of guide of catalyst sample with an opening for inserting the sample and an opening for taking out the sample, then providing a sealing means at both openings. CONSTITUTION:A catalyst layer 2 for treatment of fluid and a specified shaped catalyst sample 4 for testing the catalyst are arranged in a reaction apparatus 1. The catalyst layer 2 is carried in or carried out by opening a top cover 3 of the reaction apparatus 1. Then the catalyst sample 4 is moved via guide and the opening 5 for inserting the catalyst sample and the opening 6 for taking out the catalyst sample are provided on the side wall of the reaction apparatus 1 at the both end of the guide. Gas to be treated is introduced as shown by an arrow sign, is subjected to a specified treatment by contacting with the catalyst sample 4 and the catalyst 2 and flow out in the right direction. The guide of the catalyst sample 4 are provided at an upstream, downstream and middle of the catalyst layer, but either one guide may be allowed. |
