PURPOSE:To improve the processing speed by informing a processing request from an access request section to a request display section only when an access enable is produced in an access enable section and executing the processing request in response to the content. CONSTITUTION:For example, when a transfer request of a control data from a line controller 2 to a host device 1 takes place, the display is applied to an access request section 28. When the host device 1 is ready in accepting the control data transfer, it is displayed onto an access enable section 14 and a processing request from the access request section 28 is informed to a request display section 23 and the processing request is executed by an execution processing section 21 to transfer the control data to the storage section 12. Thus, the processing capability of the equipment is improved.
