PURPOSE:To achieve the improvement of resolution and the equalization of density of recording information, by a method wherein an angle of an ink supply medium and a heating element face is so set on one side of a head face that an ink layer may be formed between them taking the heating element as a border and the angle thereof is so set on the another side that the ink supply medium may stick to the head face. CONSTITUTION:As heating element 8 is heated, a bubble 20 is generated in an ink part with which an ink supply medium 10 is impregnated and an ink drop I0 is from a micropore 10a by this pressure to fly toward paper P. In that case, an angle of an ink supply medium 10 and a heating element 8 face is so set on one side of a head face 9a, taking the heating element 8 as a border that ink layer I1 may be formed between them, and the angle thereof is so set on the another side that the ink supply medium 10 may stick to the head face 9a. Therefore, a short content following the of the ink drop I0 is smoothly supplemented and the close adhesion of the ink supply medium 10 to the heating element 8 is effected well. The density of recording information is equalized and its resolution can be improved. |
