PURPOSE:To improve the carrying efficiency of arranged small parts by providing an obverse/reverse judging table at a crossing section of first and second carrying sections, juxtaposing first and second carrying paths at the opposite sides thereof. and providing a spiral conveyor for carrying out parts in inverted state from the opposite ends of the second carrying section. CONSTITUTION:A chip part being fed from a spiral vibration conveyor 10 is led into a carrying groove 201 in an obverse/reverse judging table 20 with the obverse or reverse thereof directing upward, then it is advanced by another chip part being pushed from a carrying path 101 through vibration carrying force of the conveyor 10. A chip at the head position is accelerated quickly when it approaches to a groove 202 and drops into the groove 202 then stops at an obverse/reverse judging position. The chip part is carried to one or the other end of the groove 202 based on the result of obverse/reverse judgement, and the chip part having obverse directing upward is carried to an end section of a groove 404 in a conveyor 40 while the chip part having reverse directing upward is carried to an end section of a groove 405 then they are moved toward downstream side in the carrying direction of carrying paths 402, 403 through vibration carrying force. The chip part advancing on the carrying path 403 rotates as it is carried, and the obverse thereof is directed upward at the end position.
