PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of a transfer data by selecting an absolute value data at a period specified by a selecting means and transferring it so as to confirm a basic data of the arithmetic operation based on a difference in each unit. CONSTITUTION:When a transmission request is given to a control unit 121, a data stored in a RAM 16 is sent to a transmission line 11 and received by other control units 122-12n. When the transmission request exists in an initial state, the absolute value of the transmission data is sent, stored in the RAM of the control unit, and the absolute value data is stored also in the control unit 121 at the transmission side simultaneously In the next transmission request, the absolute value of the data to be sent this time and that of the preceding data stored in the RAM 16 are compared to calculate the relative value of a changing part. Then the data corresponding to the relative value is sent to the transmission line 11. The control units 122-12n use the relative value data and the preceding data to calculate the absolute value of the data this time and it is stored as a new data and used for the control.
