PURPOSE:To obtain a powdery coating material for fluidized dip coating, having excellent fluidity in a fluidized bed and capable of providing excellent appearance even for a material to be coated in a complicated shape, by using a composition having a specific particle size distribution. CONSTITUTION:A powdery coating material for fluidized dip coating, consisting of (A) <=3wt.% particles having >=355mum particle size, (B) <=5wt.% particles having <=104mum particle size and having >=150mum average particle size. Furthermore, the above-mentioned powdery coating material is obtained by a method for adjusting a vinyl chloride based resin to a suitable particle size in a polymerization step, classifying the polymer with a screen, etc., after polymerization, etc.
