PURPOSE:To obtain distinct image data free from lateral stripe noise by converting input raw image data by a LUT so that the average offsets of output values between detectors are equal to zero. CONSTITUTION:A data separator 2 separates image data 101 given from an input terminal 1 into the data 102 for each detector and at the same time outputs a timing signal 103 for each end of the output of each data 102. The data 102 are successively inputted to a LUT 6 for each detection. Computing elements 31-3n input successively those corresponding data 102 outputted from the separator 2 to obtain the average values 1071-107n of the image data within a fixed time. A comparator 4 obtains a difference from the specific one of those values 1071-107n and outputs it as a difference data 108. Then offset data 109 corresponding to the data 108 are outputted from a LUT data generator 5 and the table of the LUT 6 is rewritten by the data 109. |
