PURPOSE:To eliminate a plating process, to shorten drastically the time and to make it possible to duplicate a disk of good quality, by preparing an original plate where signals are stamped with a photopolymer and duplicating from the original plate by using a photopolymer. CONSTITUTION:A photopolymer original plate 15 prepared by means of photopolymer method from an original plate 5 and the like is placed on the cathode side 18 of a plasma treating apparatus 16. After evacuation, a freon gas is therein introduced, and a high frequency electric power of 13.56MHz is applied between the anode 17 and the cathode 18 to carry out a plasma surface treatment. Then, a photopolymer 13 is filled between a base plate 12 and the photopolymer original plate 15 where the plasma surface treatment has been finished, and is exposed to an ultraviolet light 20 by using a mercury lamp 19 to cure the photopolymer 13. Then, the cured photopolymer 13 and the base plate 12 are peeled off the photopolymer original plate 15 to obtain a photopolymer molding 14. |
