PURPOSE:To rapidly respond to the OFF operation of load at a load side, by performing the centralized control of the ON operation of the load by a switching means at a master machine, and performing the OFF control at the load side without acquiring the judgement of the master machine with respect to the OFF operation of the load by the switching means at the load side. CONSTITUTION:An operating switch 17 which performs the ON/OFF control of the load is provided on the master machine 3, and operating buttons 7 and 8 on the load 4 or the load 4 side of a slave machine 5, etc. The microcomputer 20 of the master machine 3, when the switches 17 and 7 being turned ON, judges whether the load 4 is possible to be turned ON or not. And a microcomputer 23 provided at the load 4 side, when a switch 8 being turned OFF, turns OFF the load 4 without acquiring the judgement of the microcomputer 20. By performing the OFF operation of the switch 8 at the load 4 side, the load 4 is turned OFF directly by the microcomputer 23 without performing the transmission/reception of a signal from the load 4 side to the master machine 3.
