Food processor has on a horizontal drum a hinged front cover with a drive for an L-shaped transport blade with a scraper. An eccentric horizontal shaft through the rear cover carries interchangeable crushing, cutting, grating, stirring mixing, emulsifying and kneading tools, driven by a separate motor. The discharge slider is made of plastic material, preferably polyamide, contoured to suit the drum, and sealed against a frame. The guide strips for the slider are easy to dismantle. The passages for both drive shafts are oversize and sealed by axial seals with an adjustable pressure. |
