PURPOSE:To obtain a servo motor having substantially no speed variation under a rotation control in a high speed range by extracting only a speed variation component, amplifying it, and applying it to a control loop. CONSTITUTION:A low pass filter (LPF) 13 is a filter made of a primary delay circuit having a transfer function of 30Hz of a folding point. Accordingly, the speed variation component having 30Hz or higher, which passes the LPF 13 is extremely small. An F/V converter 16 which inputs an electric command pulse (p) has the same primary delay circuit 20 as the LPF 12 at its output unit to stably hold the operation of a control system at the time of starting or stopping a servo motor 1. The output of a differential amplifier 17 is input to a high pass filter (HPF) 19 through a regulator 18 for regulating its phase. The HPF 19 removes a DC component contained in an input signal, extracts the speed variation component of the motor 1, amplifies it and outputs a phase- regulated signal. With this configuration, the motor 1 can be so controlled as not to substantially have a speed variation component. |
