发明名称 BALANCER FOR RECIPROCATING ENGINE
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent the vibration of an engine by providing two balancer shafts rotating in mutually opposite directions below the engine, and fixedly providing inertial compensating balancers, and rotating a respective moment compensating balancer in a direction opposite to the rotational direction of a crankshaft. CONSTITUTION:Balancer shafts O1, O2 are provided on both downward sides of a crankshaft C, and rotated in mutually opposite directions at the number of revolutions according with the order of unbalanced force. Stationary inertial compensating balancers 5, 6 therefore generate force opposite to unbalanced inertia force occurring in the reciprocating direction of an engine for their mutual balance, and rotate in mutual opposite directions. Thus each force acting in mutually rectangular direction always balances with other ones. In addition to that, the primary and secondary moment compensating balancers 2, 3 rotate in a direction the same as or opposite to the rotational direction of the balancer shafts O1, O2 respectively to cause component parallel to the reciprocating direction of the engine to generate certain moment, which balances with the fluctuating unbalanced moment of the engine. An unbalanced inertia force can therefore balance with the moment to prevent the vibration of the engine.
