发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF FOOD CUTTER
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable a cutting edge to improve its position accuracy and decrease its manufacturing cost, by arranging plural tips in the point end surface of a cutter main unit through a sheet-shaped brazing material of predetermined thickness to be temporarily fixed thereafter and secured to the main body by melting the brazing material. CONSTITUTION:A sheet-shaped brazing material, having a fixed thickness, is left as cut in a size equivalent to the bottom surface of a tip 6. Next temporarily fixing the brazing material to the tip 6 by spot welding further mounting the tip 6, placing said brazing material toward the side of a cutter main body 1 further a cutting edge 8 toward the rotary direction, to the end surface of an arm 2 of the cutter main body 1 flatly finishing the end surface, the brazing material is temporarily fixed to the cutter main body 1 by spot welding. Next inserting the cutter main body 1 in a vacuum brazing furnace to be heated, the tip 6 is secured to the cutter main body 1 by melting the brazing material. In this way, no error is generated in a position of the tip 6 when the brazing material is melted, and the cost of manufacture can be decreased by improving position accuracy of the cutting edge further eliminating the necessity for polishing by a formed grinding wheel or the like.
