PURPOSE:To simplify the assembling work and to realize a compact size, by installing an oil pump and an oil motor at the different wall surfaces of a case, composing the input part by the oil pump, connect the oil pump to the oil motor, and composing the motive power transmission direction converting part by the oil motor. CONSTITUTION:A motive power transmission device is composed by utilizing an oil pump 53 and an oil motor 55, in order to simplify the assembling work and realize a low cost. In a vehicle furnishing an oil tank to store the oil such as a working machine, the oil tank can be utilized to compose the power trans mission device 15, and the number of the parts can be reduced. And, by furnish ing a speed reduction device 147 at the output shaft 103 or the lower side there of of the power transmission device 15, the oil pump 53 and the oil motor 55 can be made in a compact size by applying a high speed rotation on them, the sealing surfaces are reduced to improve the sealing property, and a high output can be generated. Furthermore, by furnishing a partition plate 148, the mixing of bubbles and the like to the oil pump 53 is prevented, and the oil pump 53 and the oil motor 55 can be operated smoothly.
