EXAMPLE:7beta-[2-(2-Aminothiazol-4-yl)-(Z)-2-methoxyiminoacetamido]-3- {[4-(2-ami noethyl)thiomethyl-1-pyridinium]methyl}-3-cephem-4-carboxylate trifluoroacetic acid salt. USE:An antibacterial agent effective against Gram-positive bacteria, Gram-negative bacteria, etc. Useful e.g. as a preventive and remedy for respiratory tract infection, urinary tract infection, etc. It can be added to animal feed as a bactericidal agent.
