PURPOSE:To supply a stable discharge by forming a pair of vibration valves as a change-over valve with a magnetic sheet having a OMEGA-shaped cut-out and detecting a change in reactance of a coil having an iron core of projection on the peripheral edge of the sheet. CONSTITUTION:A pair of vibration valves 2a, 2b for a change-over valve of a reciprocating pump are formed of a magnetic sheet 2 having a OMEGA-shaped cut-out, and coils 7, 8 are provided which have iron cores of projections 2d, 2e formed on the peripheral edge of the sheet 2. In the intake stroke of a piston 5, fluid supplied from a piping 4 pushes up the vibration valve 2a to be sucked into a cylinder 1. In the discharge stroke, the sucked fluid depresses the vibration valve 2b to be discharged to a piping 4'. When the vibration valves 2a, 2b vibrate or displace, reactance of coil 7 or 8 is changed, so that the operations of vibration valves 2a, 2b can be confirmed. Thus, when the operational condition differs from a predetermined one, an alarm is immediately generated to adjust a drive source so that a stable discharge can be always stably supplied.
