摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To improve coordinate detecting accuracy, by providing a vibrationproofing material having plural vibration transmission boundary planes in the peripheral part of a vibration transmission plate, and damping a reflected wave in the neighborhood of the vibration transmission plate by the interference of the reflected wave generated on the plural boundary planes of the vibrationproofing material. CONSTITUTION:On the vibration transmission plate 8, the vibrationproofing material 7 constituted with synthetic resin, etc., is loaded to prevent vibration transmitted from a vibration pen 3 from being reflected on the peripheral part and returned in a direction of a center part, and the plate 8 is supported with the vibrationproofing material 7. The vibrationproofing material 7 is loaded keeping a distance difference of the odd times 1/4 of the wavelength of a vibration propagation wave on the surface and the rear surface of the vibration transmission plate 8. Therefore, phase shift of 1/2 wavelength is generated in the reflected waves by the boundary planes of the vibration proofing material 7 loaded on the surface and the rear surface, and they interfer with each other to weaken their intensity mutually. In such a way, it is possible to damp the whole of the reflected wave, to reduce noise at the time of detecting the vibration, and to improve the detecting accuracy.</p>
