PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration of the processing speed by storing the data and the codes into the prescribed places of segments forming an address when a source program describing a system is loaded in a main memory. CONSTITUTION:An input means 11 for source program supplies a system source program written in an assembly language from a memory means 10 and delivers it to a calculation means 12 for data and code sizes. Then the types of data and codes are decided for calculation of their sizes. The results of said size calculations are sent to a source program editing means 13 via a memory means 1 and loaded in the prescribed places in the corresponding segments after editing. The output of the means 13 is stored in a memory means 14 and translated by an assembler 17. The translated output is inked by a linker 18 to be turned into a practicable form and loaded into a main memory 16 by a loader 15.
