<p>Thermistor of the positive temperature coefficient type taking the form of a wafer clamped between two electrodes arranged along its main faces. Each of these electrodes consists of a first layer (11, 12) arranged on the wafer (10) and covering the whole of a main face or the major part thereof, and of a second layer (13, 14) arranged on the first and having a smaller area than the first layer, this first layer consisting of a non-solderable material allowing ohmic contact with the wafer, having good electrical conductivity and low thermal conductivity, the second layer consisting of a solderable material having good electrical conductivity. <IMAGE></p> |
