PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition excellent in flame retardancy, discoloration resistance, etc., by mixing an epoxy resin prepared by mixing a nonbrominated bisphenol A diglycidyl ether with a brominated bisphenol A diglycidyl ether with a curing agent and a specified amount of aluminum hydroxide. CONSTITUTION:40-90wt.% nonbrominated bisphenol A diglycidyl ether (A) of an epoxy equivalent of 200-700 is mixed with 60-10wt.% brominated bisphenol A diglycidyl ether (B) of a degree of bromination of 19-50wt.% and an epoxy equivalent of 300-800. The obtained epoxy resin is mixed with a curing agent (e.g., dicyandiamide) and 50-100pts.wt., per 100pts.wt. total of the epoxy resin and the curing agent, aluminum hydroxide to obtain the purpose epoxy resin composition for laminated sheet. In this way, the discoloration resistance or the composition can be improved because the amount of component B is reduced, and a decrease in flame retardancy is supplemented by aluminum hydroxide.
