PURPOSE:To obtain the titled cosmetic satisfying adhesion, extension and proper gross at the same time and providing humid touch and natural and beautiful finish, by blending a synthetic laminar metal oxide having a specific size and refractive index as a pigment. CONSTITUTION:A synthetic laminar metal oxide (e.g. silica-alumina, silica- magnesia) having 0.1-2mu, especially 0.2-1mu average thickness, 1-100mu, especially 2-4mu average thickness defined by average of (longest diameter + shortest diameter) per 100 laminar/2, and 1.35-1.44 refractive index is blended as a pigment. The gross and transparency of cosmetic can be readily changed by moderately changing refractive index of the metal oxide. |
