PURPOSE:To simplify a constitution, by applying deflection voltage to X- and Y-axes corresponding to the digital data to the points on the X- and Y-axes constituting a pair with respect to the point on the wave form shown by input voltage to set a not-blanking state for a predetermined period. CONSTITUTION:An input signal receives the application of a sampling clock by the trigger of an A/D converter 1 to be converted to digital data. When the A/D conversion of input voltage is finished, the converter 1 outputs an EOC (conversion finish) signal. The digital data and the EOC signal are supplied to a display apparatus 2 and the EOC signal is supplied to DMAC (direct memory access controller) 3. The apparatus 2 outputs an enable signal to DMAC 3 when a memory apparatus 21 is writable. By the reception of said signal, the digital data to Y is written in the apparatus 21. Therefore, the data to the coordinates of the points of X, Y are stored in the apparatus 21. The stored data to X, Y are respectively subjected to D/A conversion and supplied to a cathode ray tube as deflection signals for X- and Y-axes and a curve is displayed.
