PURPOSE:To make the transmission delay discrimination test efficient to confirm that the transmission delay due to the hardware characteristic is within the permissible range by adding a transmission delay test execution section to a conventional communication control equipment. CONSTITUTION:The communication control equipment 2 transits automatically to the transmission delay test execution state at the system leasing by a control section 5 to confirm whether or not the transmission delay by the hardware characteristic of the communication control equipment 2 is within the permissible range. A transmission delay test execution section 8 sends a pulse from a transmission section 3, the transmission delay test execution section 8 measures the pulse transmission/reception delay when the reception section 4 receives the pulse to discriminate whether or not the transmission delay is within the permissible range. When the delay is within the permissible range, the control section 5 applies the normal leading and I in case of the outside of the permissible range, the faulty transmission delay is informed by blinking an LED and the normal system leading is stopped further, Thus, the efficiency of the transmission delay test is contrived.
