PURPOSE:To raise the plane degree of an intelligence sheet and to improve reproducibility, by placing the intelligence sheet, which the upper face is covered with ultraviolet ray cured resin, on the upper surface of a base plate, and spreading an ultraviolet ray transmitting film on the upper surface of the ultraviolet ray cured resin. CONSTITUTION:The intelligence sheet 5 is placed on the upper surface of the base plate 4 and covered with the ultraviolet ray curing resin 6 on which the ultraviolet ray transmitting film 7 is spread. Then, low pressure mercury lamps 3 are brought near the ultraviolet ray transmitting film 7 to light with a result that the ultraviolet ray curing resin is cured in about 3-7min. After this, the ultraviolet ray transmitting film 7 is peeled from the upper surface of the ultraviolet cured resin 6. By spreading the ultraviolet ray transmitting film 7 on the upper surface of the ultraviolet ray cured resin 6, the intelligent sheet 5 is pressed from upward, and supported on the upper surface of the base plate 4 so that the plane degree is increased. |
