<p>PURPOSE:To enhance efficiency of storage discharging by incorporating a system to discharge objects from automated warehouse by order picking, and therein storing the objects temporarily on a rotary rack on the way of transportation till a working yard, whereby gathering parts necessary for one unit of works in a lump. CONSTITUTION:Cranes 4 in an automated warehouse 1 are put in operation in accordance with the all item list necessary for the order picking work which is performed in working yards 8a-8d in a certain period of working time. The cranes 4 take out a bucket Ba from respective three dimensional rack 3 out to a discharge conveyor 6. The barcode for each bucket Ba is read on main transport path 7 by a data reading means 17, and the buckets are temporarily accommodated on trays 12 on rotary racks 11a-11d determined classified by working yards for different items, and the accommodated tray is stored in memory. When all items required by one designated orderer are in place, they are discharged via a divergent carry-in path 9a. According to this constitution, the efficiency of storage discharging work can be enhanced.</p> |
